    Public Notice

    At its Reorganization Meeting held on January 9, 2025, the Deerfield Township Board of Education designated the fourth Thursday of each month as the regular meeting date for the Board of Education, unless noted:

    All regular meetings, therefore, shall be held on the following dates:
    January 30, 2025*** August 28, 2025
    February 27, 2025 September 25, 2025
    March 13, 2025*
    Includes approval of 2025-2026 budget for submission to County Office    		 October 23, 2025
    April 24, 2025*
    Includes Public Hearing on 2024-2025 budget    		 November 20, 2025**
    May 15, 2025** December 11, 2025*
    June 26, 2025 January 2026 - TBD 
    (Reorganization)

    The schedule for regular meetings shall be in effect until the next annual Reorganization Meeting of the Board of Education to be held in January 2026 or in the case of a regular meeting date falling on a holiday, unless altered by the Board of Education, in which case due public notice will be provided.

    Meetings will commence at 6:00 p.m. and will be conducted in the Library/Media Center of the Deerfield Township School located at 419 Morton Avenue, Rosenhayn, New Jersey.  These meetings will be held for whatever business that may come before the Board of Education and formal action may be taken at any or all of these specified meetings. 

    Notice of any special meeting of the Board of Education, other than those designated above, shall be forwarded to The South Jersey Times, being the newspaper designated by the Board of Education to receive notice under the provisions of the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Law at least 48 hours prior to such a meeting being held. Public Notice of any special meeting shall be posted at least 48 hours prior to its occurrence.
